As a Sr. National Account Manager located in Florida, you will help to build and maintain effective long-term relationships with key customers by understanding client strategy and values. Defines and develops a multi-channel sales strategy that positions the company for revenue growth. Creates demand for products and services by underscoring the company’s products and services with the clients. Has in depth knowledge of the media market, needs and challenges. Utilizes market share, account data, analytics, trends and competitive information to drive overall strategy. Presents period sales updates to sales management. on account development and trends. May work with local advertising sales team to support in the sales process. Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising awareness and interest with customers through a data driven analytical approach.


  • Maintains an effective relationship with a portfolio of clients, while maintaining a thorough knowledge of the client’s products and technology, as well as industry trends.
  • Collaborates with other sales teams while providing overall customer satisfaction
  • Identifies opportunities for incremental revenue generation, presents creative solutions to customers and closes business to achieve sales goals.
  • Continuous personal development of the media industry, company products, services and processes
  • Intimately understands key customer’s environment and strategic priorities to build value propositions which drive revenue growth
  • Broad knowledge of all aspects of project management, brand development and digital marketing including multi-channel interactive program development, email marketing and social media.
  • Demonstrates deep understanding of the marketplace, customers' business models and objectives, competitors, and print, digital and event sponsorship offerings. Articulates product offerings and their value to customers.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


  • Must have minimum 5 to 15 years of Advertising or Sales experience. High digital sales acumen is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business (Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Advertising concentration preferred) and preferred three plus years equivalent digital sales experience.
  • Media and Publishing Industry knowledge preferred.
  • Working knowledge and experience utilizing a CRM and Microsoft Office products to manage day to day activities.
  • Ability to excel in a highly competitive environment and adaptability to a rapidly evolving media landscape.
  • Effective relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting revenue goals.
  •  Significant Industry knowledge of print and digital advertising products offered.
  • Building and nurturing internal and external relationships.
  • Working knowledge and experience utilizing CRM to manage day to day activities.
  • Ability to become proficient in new technologies to efficiently manage business processes.
  • Successful relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent analytical, written, oral, communication, written and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter, possess high energy, solid presentation, creative and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task with strong time and project management skills.
